I ROC U ROC WE ALL EROC

This January two of our Banditas grabbed the chance to attend the European Roller Derby Organisational Conference hosted by Bear City Roller Derby in Berlin. Leagues from all across Europe get together for 4 days of workshops, sessions, discussions and of course SCRIMMAGE!! Battling the epic cold (-6 degrees), Lexi On Fire and Ninja Nina got to work on Day 1 of the conference attending sessions about "League Organisation" and "Motivation & Mental Coaching". Day 2 was followed by talks on "Nutrition & Injury Prevention" as well as "Training For Trainers" held by no other than Stefanie Mainey and MasterBlaster! Day 3 & 4 were even more intense, exciting, interesting and engaging! Needless to say by the end of the trip they were shattered, but boy they have learnt a lot and here at the team we are all very excited to hear all about it!
