DERBY HIGH: When I perfect something I've been practicing.

 

DERBY LOW: Whenever I can't perfect something...And that happens often!

 

DERBY HERO: I love watching Loren Mutch jam (RCR) and Arocha block (LRG).

 

DERBY MOTTO: It's supposed to be hard. If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. The hard is what makes it great (league of their own).

 

ADVICE TO FRESHIES: Stay positive and always remember why you started the sport in the first place.
